BEDMINSTER, NJ--(Marketwired - Apr 17, 2014) -  Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: PGC) announced on April 17, 2014 that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be paid on May 15, 2014, to shareholders of record as of May 1, 2014.
