Guernsey, 18 April 2014 - 15 April 2014 was the closing date for the election period regarding the current dividend payment. Shareholders of Volta Finance Limited (the "Company") could elect to receive the dividend either in cash or in the form of newly issued ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares").

12.0% of Volta's Shareholders elected to receive the dividend payment in Shares.

Hence, 198 080 new shares will be issued on the 22^th of April.
