of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange


S.A.G. Solarstrom AG's bonds change to Quotation Board

Freiburg i. Br., July 3, 2014. S.A.G. Solarstrom AG, German security
identification number: 702 100, ISIN: DE0007021008 (presently in insolvency
proceedings), Freiburg i. Br., today decided on a change in stock market
segment for the corporate bonds up to now listed in the Entry Standard on
the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (2010/2015 German security identification
number: A1E84A ISIN DE000A1E84A4 and 2011/2017 German security
identification number: A1K0K5, ISIN DE000A1K0K53). The listing in the
trading segment Entry Standard in the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange will be terminated, while at the same time an application will be
made for listing in the Quotation Board of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. It
is anticipated that the change will become effective in August.

The reasons for the change are the higher costs involved in the Entry
Standard listing for corporate bonds, and the internal organizational
effort for follow-up obligations associated with this listing.

S.A.G. Solarstrom AG's insolvency and investor process remains on schedule.
