RIB Software AG (RSTA) signs an iTWO Cloud Phase I Deal with New Zealand
Construction Giant for Nation Building Roads Project

Sydney, Australia, 25 July 2014. Fletcher Construction has selected the
iTWOcx solution from RIB as the key Project Information Management System
("PIMS") to support the design, construction and handover activities of the
McKays to Peka Peka Alliance ("M2PP") in New Zealand ("NZ"). The Fletcher
Construction Company Limited ("FCC") is the Construction and Infrastructure
subsidiary of Fletcher Building Limited which is the largest listed company
in New Zealand, with a market capitalisation of over US$4.8 billion.

The M2PP project is part of the New Zealand Government's Roads of National
Significance programme. The M2PP project is an alliance that is made up of
a group of participants that have come together to form one entity. Through
the project's life cycle, the project will be required to communicate with
many external parties such as suppliers, subcontractors, territorial local
authorities and finally the client and asset owners for handover. The
unique iTWO collaboration, communication, audit and dashboards will be
invaluable to M2PP.

This is why Fletcher Construction have chosen to leverage the 2nd
Generation Document Management and Contract Communication capabilities of
the iTWOcx platform from RIB. Fletcher Construction are using iTWOcx Core,
iTWOcx Quality and iTWOcx Defects and are evaluating the broader iTWO
Integrated Digital Engineering and Construction platform as the way of the
future. This is an important Phase I for RIB in NZ and re-enforces RIB's
commitment to customer success in this important market.

This complex and important civil project involves constructing a $630m
18km, four lane expressway with multiple grade interchanges, local road
connections, bridges, landscaping, cycle paths and pedestrian access. The
project is operating in a mixed urban and rural environment with the
construction site being bordered by farmland, public space and residential
properties.
