Alderon Announces AGM Results

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - July 30, 2014) - Alderon Iron Ore Corp. (TSX:ADV)(NYSE MKT:AXX) ("Alderon" or the "Company") reports that the nominees listed in the management information circular for the 2014 Annual and Special Meeting of shareholders were elected as directors of Alderon.
