PNE WIND AG sells the Sontra und Kemberg III wind farms to CHORUS - Seite 2

represented through joint ventures and subsidiary companies in 14 countries
in Europe, Africa and North America. In these countries wind farm projects
with a nominal output of approximately 4,800 MW are currently being
developed and are planned to be completed in the medium term.

In addition, PNE WIND AG is developing offshore wind farm projects, of
which four major projects in German waters have already been approved.

About CHORUS

The CHORUS Group was founded in the year 1998 and has been providing
investors with investment opportunities exclusively in plants for the
production of renewable energies since 2006. More than 100 solar and wind
power plants in five European countries have been realised since that time.
The company currently administers a portfolio of wind and solar energy
farms with a combined nominal output of over 220 MW. The CHORUS Group
covers the entire investment cycle of a plant - from asset sourcing to the
economic and legal Due Diligence and monitoring right through to its sale.
Here, CHORUS has proven its competence: As at 31st December 2013 the
average return on the entire portfolio was 6.9 percent p.a.
