S.A.G. Solarstrom AG: Cash inflow from settlement agreement

Freiburg i. Br., August 29, 2014. S.A.G. Solarstrom AG (under insolvency
proceedings) (German security identification number: 702 100, ISIN:
DE0007021008) today concluded a settlement agreement with an Italian
project company, which includes regulations on a loan that was granted to
the project company by a subsidiary of S.A.G. Solarstrom AG, as well as
regarding guarantees that were provided by the S.A.G. Solarstrom Group in
conjunction with the large-scale project.

Cash inflow in the low two-digit million range will be received by the
S.A.G. Solarstrom Group in the next few weeks from the settlement agreement
and from the funds freed up as a result in conjunction with the collateral
for the guarantees. The agreement is subject to the consent of the
financing banks and insurance companies.
