On request of aleo solar AG i.L., Prenzlau [ISIN DE000A0JM634] the
Frankfurt stock exchange comittee decided to withdraw aleo's shares from
the regulated market (General Standard, subarea Prime Standard). The
withdraw is valid from 06 March 2015 on.

The respective stock exchange comittees has not yet decided about aleo's
request to continue the stock exchange trading on the OTC market of Hamburg
and Munich.
