Alma Media Corporation has received a flagging notice from Mariatorp Ltd (business ID 1948056-9). According to this notice Mariatorp Ltd has purchased 200,000 Alma Media shares on 18 September 2014. After this purchase Mariatorp Ltd's ownership in Alma Media Corporation represents 15.2 % of all shares and voting rights.
