Real English Gin across Spain, Portugal and Andorra

Rapid global deployment of ROK Drinks portfolio continues

ROK Stars, the consumer goods and environmental technologies development
company, has announced
its ROK Drinks division has signed an exclusive agreement with
Alicante-based premium spirits importer Central Hisúmer for the
distribution of ROK's super premium Bogart's Gin across Spain, Portugal and
Andorra.

Since its founding in 1887 and managed by 4 generations of the same family,
Central Hisúmer has marketed the highest quality premium spirits sourced
from leading producers from around the world across Spain, Portugal and,
more recently, Andorra.

The agreement between ROK and Hisúmer will begin with immediate effect.

ROK Stars announced the launch of Bogart's Gin, produced in association
with the Humphrey Bogart Estate, in August this year as a super-premium,
small-batch, pot-still English gin infused with coriander, macadamia nuts
and citrus zests at 45% ABV.

Commenting, Jonathan Kendrick, Chairman of ROK Stars said "Spain is the
largest gin market in the EU and third largest in the world and, crucially,
the super-premium gin sector in the Spanish market is growing fast. To have
partnered with Central Hisúmer to push sales across the Iberian peninsula
is a key part of our rapid global deployment of our ROK Drinks portfolio."

Antonino Fabregat de Rojas, the Director General of Central Hisúmer
announced 'We are delighted to have been chosen as the exclusive
distributor of Bogart's Gin in our market place and we look forward to
establishing the brand as the premium gin market leader in this territory.'
