Grammer AG establishing subsidiary in Italy

Amberg, October 10, 2014 - Grammer AG, a supplier of seating systems and
automotive interiors, has established a new subsidiary in Italy. Known as
Grammer Italia srl., the new company pools the Group's activities in Italy
under the roof of a fully consolidated subsidiary.

Thanks to the major local vehicles manufactures based there, Italy is one
of the most important markets in Europe for seating systems, particularly
for agricultural and construction machinery. Via its new subsidiary,
Grammer plans to intensify its activities in this market and optimize them
within its group structures.

In taking this step, Grammer is strengthening its presence in this
important market for commercial vehicles and at the same time, is
underscoring its intention of growing its European business.

Italy is the 20th country in which Grammer AG operates a subsidiary of its
own.

production of components and systems for automotive interiors as well as
driver and passenger seats for offroad vehicles (tractors, construction
machinery, forklifts), trucks, buses and trains. Our Seating Systems
division comprises the truck and offroad seat segments as well as train and
bus seating. In the Automotive division, we supply headrests, armrests and
center console systems to premium automakers and automotive system
suppliers.
