Due to a very positive business performance as well as a strong development
of new customer gains, group revenues in the third quarter 2014 improved by
24 percent to EUR 155.4 million (Q3/2013: EUR 125.0 million) according to
preliminary figures. In the first nine months of fiscal 2014 consolidated
revenues were up by 24 percent to EUR 424.2 million (9M/2013: EUR 341.1
million)
Group earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization
(EBITDA) increased by 37 percent to EUR 46.1 million (Q3/2013: EUR 33.6
million) in the third quarter of 2014. In the nine month period 2014 EBITDA
was up around 35 percent to EUR 121.0 million (9M/2013: EUR 89.8 million).

Wirecard AG's Management Board has just recently increased its forecast for
the 2014 fiscal year. Now group earnings before interest, taxes,
depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) of between EUR 170 to 177 million
are expected for the fiscal year 2014 (FY 2013: EUR 126.0 million).

All results are preliminary. The interim report for the third quarter/nine
months of 2014 will be published on Nov. 19, 2014.
