Sberbank of Russia and voting results:

1. Approve an interested-party transaction between Sberbank of Russia (the
Guarantor) and the National Research University Higher School of Economics
(the Principal) on provision of advance payment guarantee(s), tender
guarantees, and guarantee(s) of performance of contractual obligations by
the Principal in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 44-FZ
dated April 05, 2013 "On the contract system in the procurement of goods,
works and services for state and municipal needs" and Federal Law No.
223-FZ dated July 18, 2011 "On the procurement of goods, works and services
by certain types of legal entities" (the Guarantees). Type of transaction
(guarantee commitment): Guarantees under a single contract. Total Guarantee
limit: 500 million rubles. Maximum amount of guarantee commitment/guarantee
limit: 500 million rubles. Period of guarantee commitment/guarantee limit:
through May 22, 2017. Beneficiaries: legal entities which are residents of
the Russian Federation engaged in procurement of goods, works and services
for state and municipal needs. Voting results: Adopted unanimously.
