Financial statements of New Value AG for the first six months of the
financial year 2014/2015 (as per 30.09.2014)

Baar, 28 November 2014 - Focus on realizing the harvesting strategy

The acquisition of a substantial block of shares by the Swiss Property
Investment Group SA was not completed and as a consequence the envisaged
capital increase and corresponding growth strategy couldn't be realized.
The Board of Directors of New Value AG is therefore concentrating again on
the implementation of its harvesting strategy. During the financial year
2014/15 the main focus is therefore directed towards the support of the
portfolio companies. As in the previous period the Board is proceeding in
the follow-up of the criminal and civil proceedings.

The equity value, equivalent to the Net Asset Value (NAV) of New Value AG,
amounted to CHF 8.86 million as per 30.09.2014 (CHF 9.15 million as per
31.03.2014). The NAV per share decreased from CHF 2.93 at the beginning of
the period to CHF 2.84. New Value AG reported a total loss of CHF 0.3
million for the first six months of 2014/15, compared to a loss of CHF 0.5
million in the previous year in the same period. The loss per share
amounted to CHF 0.09.

The Half Year Report of the financial year 2014/2015 contains detailed
information on the financial statements for the first six months and will
be published in electronic form on New Value's website and in German only
