- Annual general meeting approves new corporate actions

of the supervisory board

Berlin, 28 November 2014 - Yesterday, the annual general meeting of ESTAVIS
AG (ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3) authorised the management board, pending the
supervisory board's approval, to increase the company's share capital by up
to 12.3 million euros by issuing new shares or against cash and non-cash
contributions. It also approved a conditional capital increase by up to
10.5 million euros. Moreover, the annual general meeting voted in favour of
renaming ESTAVIS. The new name of the company will be ACCENTRO Real Estate
AG.

"Our shareholders back our plans to expand in the area of housing
privatisation. ACCENTRO is a company name well-positioned and
well-established in the industry. Renaming the company is therefore a
plausible step to take," as Jacopo Mingazzini, CEO of ESTAVIS AG and
Managing Director of its subsidiary ACCENTRO GmbH explained. "We will use
the authorised capital to acquire proprietary property holdings for
apartment retailing purposes. In addition, we intend to consistently expand
our third-party service business in the privatisation segment." The
subsidiary ACCENTRO GmbH is Germany's market leader in the field of housing
privatisations.

Supervisory Board Confirmed

At the same time, the annual general meeting confirmed the members of the
supervisory board in their roles, these being Axel Harloff (Chairman), Dr.
Dirk Hoffmann (Deputy Chairman) and Carsten Wolff. These were appointed to
the supervisory board of ESTAVIS AG through a decision by the District
Court of Berlin-Charlottenburg as at 01 September 2014.
