Drillisch and Telefónica Deutschland complete the transfer of yourfone GmbH
Drillisch AG (ISIN DE 0005545503) put into effect the Letter of Intent
regarding the acquisition of yourfone GmbH concluded with E-Plus Mobilfunk
GmbH & Co. KG - an enterprise of Telefónica Deutschland - in November 2014,
with effect from 2 January 2015. Drillisch acquires the company together
with all brand rights, customers and employees.
The acquisition of the brand yourfone which is well-known throughout
Germany continues to considerably strengthen the market position of the
Drillisch Group.
