    • Bob Armour, CMO - Joins the team from Guaranteed Rate, where he drove marketing strategy and execution for the country's eighth largest retail mortgage company. Will be responsible for spreading the word about ALEX to its key audiences of HR professionals, brokers and agents -- and bringing a case of Powerade to all Saturday morning practices.
    • Melissa Anderson, EVP of strategy - Comes from Sittercity.com, where she founded and built a corporate and government division within the company and helped the organization become the market leader. Will guide the strategic direction for ALEX, which includes developing key industry relationships and market strategy; serving up a winning game plan; and negotiating autograph fees for the ALEX mascot.
    • Mike Cravens, SVP of product - Also comes from Sittercity.com, where he drove the rebuilding of their system. Brings extensive experience in managing product development for his own startups and companies such as AOL. Will provide direction on product, strategy, development and management; build out the creative team to fulfill strategy goals; and create a 10-minute video on how to give the perfect high-five.

"I'm super pumped to be here, and looking forward to doing whatever it takes to help the club this year," said Bob Armour, while doing some deep knee bends. "I think if we just take it one day at a time, and put a bunch of points up on the board, we're gonna come out on top."
