CGM Acquires BS Concept Realization B.V. and Enters into the Market of
Solutions for Homecare in The Netherlands

Koblenz / Amsterdam - March 30, 2015: CompuGroup Medical Holding
Cooperatief UA (CGM NL), a 100 percent subsidiary of the global leading
eHealth company CompuGroup Medical AG (CGM), concluded a transaction to
acquire BS Concept Realization BV based in Hilversum/The Netherlands. With
this acquisition, CompuGroup Medical enters the new upcoming market of
software services for homecare.

BS Concept Realization, with its software product "Zorgverband", is the
Dutch market leader in communication products between healthcare
professionals and patients in homecare together with their family members.
Recent legislation in The Netherlands confirms the tendency towards
patients staying at home for a longer period while increasing the
participation of patients/clients and their families in the care at home.
The Zorgverband system supports both professional and non-professional
caregivers, thus providing for more efficiencies in health care.
