MOLOGEN AG fixes subscription price for capital increase at EUR 5.00

Berlin, 30 March 2015 - Today, the executive board of MOLOGEN AG (ISIN
DE0006637200/WKN 663720) fixed, with the approval of the supervisory board,
the subscription price for the capital increase against contributions in
cash with indirect subscription rights for existing shareholders resolved
on 24 March 2015 at EUR 5.00.

The company expects that the German Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin)
will probably approve securities prospectus with comprehensive information
on and risk factors relating to the subscription offer in the course of 31
March 2015. Following such approval by BaFin, the company will publish the
securities prospectus on the website of MOLOGEN AG without undue delay.
