Preliminary financial figures for the first quarter 2015

Einhell Germany AG (ISIN: DE 0005654933) which is listed under Prime
Standard of Deutsche Börse AG will announce at the DVFA-Spring-Conference
2015 in Frankfurt the following:

According to the preliminary financial figures, the turnover in the first
three months of the financial year 2015 will amount to around Euro 112
million (previous year: Euro 105 million). In comparison with the previous
year this means an obvious increase of more than 6%.

Without considering effects out of the Purchase Price Allocation concerning
acquisition Ozito Industries Pty Ltd earnings before tax will probably
reach a profit margin of around 4,5%. Including PPA-Effects the pre-tax
yield amount to around 4.0% (previous year: 1%).
