artec technologies AG with noticeable higher results

Diepholz/Bremen Germany - 18th May 2015 artec technologies AG
(ISIN:DE0005209589),a custom software systems provider of Audio/Video
Recording & Analysis solutions, has improved their turnover by about 33% in
its last financial year, rising to 2.44 Million Euros. The company's
overall performance improved by 25%, rising to 2.89 Million Euros. This is
clearly above the tentative figures published in March'15 (then announcing
a rise in turnover by only 30%).

The result has similarly improved. Due to a continuing cost consciousness
and the rise in turnover, the result before taxes (EBIT) improved from
-0.42 to +0.11 Million Euros at a margin from turnover of 4.4%. Earnings
after taxes (EAT) improved to 0.52 Million Euros (0.24 Euros per share)
supported by a positive taxation impact.

This very delightful result plus the ongoing strong order intake are
artec's capitalization of high investments in development and improvement
of their products. Being positioned uniquely in its segment, artec faces a
rising demand of their systems and achieved to access new regions and
application markets. artec's board predicts a continuing positive trend and
confirms the already expressed expectation to achieve a rise in turnover in
2015. Earnings will also rise significantly.
