Boskalis Selects Infor CloudSuite(TM) to Support Global Business Operations

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - May 20, 2015) - Infor, the industry cloud company, today announced that Boskalis, a leading service provider of dredging and maritime solutions, has selected Infor CloudSuite™, a fully integrated, cloud-based solution suite delivering leading-edge core ERP, integration, social, and analytic capabilities. Boskalis has transitioned over the last years from a dredging company to an integrated maritime service provider. Infor CloudSuite will enable Boskalis to focus on implementing a fit for purpose backbone for the core activities in its growth plan rather than its IT infrastructure.

Boskalis is headquartered in Papendrecht, the Netherlands, and has more than 11,000 employees in 75 countries across six continents. The company is a world-leading expert in the field of dredging and maritime services, and achieved EUR3.1 billion in revenue in 2014. Infor CloudSuite is built upon Infor's offerings available on Amazon Web Services (AWS), combining beautiful software with rich functionality. Boskalis will complete this project through the Infor UpgradeX program, which provides a simple, predictable path to help customers upgrade from on-premise applications to the Infor Business Cloud. Boskalis will begin implementing Infor CloudSuite in the Netherlands and expects its first users to be operational in 2016. When most of the Netherlands is operational, the deployment will spread to Boskalis locations globally over the course of the next years.
