Business development in 2015

Einhell Germany AG (ISIN: DE 0005654933) which is listed under Prime
Standard of Deutsche Börse AG announces the following:

In the context of the general annual meeting on 17 June 2015, Einhell
Germany AG will announce that the turnover for the period January to May
2015 has reached about 195 million Euro (previous year 183 million Euro)
according to preliminary figures.

The estimated turnover will amount to 222 - 225 million Euro per end of the
first half-year 2015 which means an increase of about 5%.

Earnings before tax and before PPA will probably reach a profit margin of
around 4%.
