- Chief Financial Officer Ludwig Lutter has retired from the Board of
Management and will exit effective July 31, 2015

Jena, 01 July, 2015 - Ludwig Lutter, a long-serving member of Intershop
Communications AG's Board of Management, has resigned his position as Chief
Financial Officer with the consent of the Supervisory Board and will exit
the company effective July 31, 2015. Ludwig Lutter's responsibilities will
be assumed by Jochen Moll, Spokesman of the Board of Management.

Ludwig Lutter joined the Board of Management in April of 2011 and was
heading Finance, Investor Relations, M&A, Legal, Human Resources,
Compliance and G&A. As team member of the Board of Management he co-led the
strategic re-focusing of Intershop into a product company which commenced
in 2013, in particular by leading the divestment of business units. After
more than four years of serving on the Board of Management Ludwig Lutter
now wants to pursue new opportunities.

part of the re-focusing of Intershop. Such actions were decisive factors
for a successful future of our company. We deeply regret Ludwig Lutter's
