Powerland AG (ISIN DE000PLD5558 / Prime Standard) has been informed by Guo
GmbH & Co. KG - its majority shareholder, which is controlled by the CEO of
Powerland AG - that Guo GmbH & Co. KG intends to offer the outstanding
shareholders of Powerland AG by way of a public offer to acquire their
shares in Powerland AG. The corresponding decision shall be published today
pursuant to sec. 10 WpÜG (German Takeover Act). The offer price shall be
EUR 0.80 per Powerland - share.
