Borussia Dortmund increased group revenues by 5.9% to 276.0 m. and EBITDA
by 13.2% to EUR 55,6 m.

In the past financial year (1.7.2014 - 30.6.2015) the Borussia Dortmund
Group recorded consolidated revenues of EUR 276.0 m. (previous year EUR
260.7 m.) despite of the early elimination in the round of the last sixteen
in the UEFA Champions League season this year and the missing of a
subsequent qualification for the group stage of UEFA Champions League in
the season 2015/2016.

Consolidated net profit of the group amounted to EUR 5.5 m. (previous year
EUR 12.0 m.). Especially one-off expenses for prepayment penalties and
discharge of credit hedging transactions as a consequence of the complete
repayment of loan liabilities of the Borussia Dortmund Group had a negative
impact in an total amount of EUR 4.3 m here.

The group revenues amounted to EUR 276.0 m. (previous year EUR 260.7 m.)
and spread as follows: EUR 39.9 m. (previous year EUR 40.5 m.) match
operations; EUR 82.1 m. (previous year EUR 81.4 m.) TV-Rights; EUR 75.7 m.
(previous year EUR 73.0 m.) advertising; EUR12.4 m. (previous year EUR 4.5
m.) transfers; EUR 26.6 m. (previous year EUR 26.3 m.) catering/other and
EUR 39.3 m. (previous year EUR 35.0 m.) merchandise.

Other operating income increased from EUR 5.2 m. by EUR 11.8 m. to EUR 17.0
m. in the group financial statement mainly driven by received insurance
compensations of an insurance in the event of the missing of a subsequent
qualification for the group stage of UEFA Champions League.

Gross revenue of the group amounted EUR 293.0 m. (previous year EUR 266.0
m.).

Personnel expenses of the group increased from EUR 107.8 m. (previous year)
by EUR 10.1 m. to EUR 117.9 m. Depreciations of the group increased from
EUR 30.7 m. (previous year) by EUR 11.7 m. to EUR 42.4 m. Compared to the
previous year the other operating expenses increased from EUR 88.7 m. by
EUR 10.1 m. to EUR 98.8 m.

The group financial result improved and decreased from EUR -3.9 m.
(previous year) by EUR 3.3 m. to EUR -7.2 m. Profit after taxes of the
group in the fiscal year 2014/2015 amounted to EUR 5.5 m. (previous year
EUR 12.0m.).

The consolidated earnings before taxes (EBT) amounted to EUR 6,0 m.
