Wave Systems to Reschedule Q3 2015 Earnings Release and Conference Call

LEE, MA--(Marketwired - Nov 11, 2015) - Wave Systems Corp. (NASDAQ: WAVX), an enterprise security software provider, announced today that the Company will reschedule its 2015 third quarter earnings release and conference call from Thursday, November 12, 2015, to Monday, November 16, 2015, in order to allow for more time in finalizing quarterly financial results. 

The conference call will be held at 4:30pm EST.
