Interim Financial statements as at 30 September 2015 and forecast as at 31
December 2015

Einhell Germany AG (ISIN: DE 0005654933) which is listed under Prime
Standard of Deutsche Börse AG announces the following:

In the first nine months of the financial year 2015, the Einhell Group
records revenues of around EUR 347.9 million. In comparison with the
previous year the revenues increased around EUR 22.5 million (previous year
EUR 325.4 million).

Earnings before tax amount to EUR 12.1 million (previous year EUR 6.5
million). Impacts of Purchase Price Allocation concerning acquisition of
Ozito Industries Pty Ltd are considered in this figure with an amount of
EUR 1.5 million. Without including effects out of Purchase Price Allocation
earnings before tax amount to EUR 13.6 million (previous year EUR 9.0
million).

For the whole business year 2015 the Einhell Group expects revenues of
about EUR 435 - 440 million and a pre-tax yield of around 2.5%.
