Instant IPO Holding AG: Change of name registered with Registrar of
Companies

Following the resolution of the AGM on 8th December 2015, the change of
name of Tiberius Holding AG to Instant IPO Holding AG has been registered
with the Registrar of Companies. The quotation of the shares of Instant IPO
Holding AG on the Berlin, Stuttgart and Munich Stock exchanges will be be
adjusted accordingly within the next few days, the stock symbol CCB remains
unchanged.
