Board Member

Dusseldorf, 20 January 2016 - The Supervisory Board of net mobile AG has
reached a settlement with the former Board Member Kai Markus Kulas.
Following his resignation in December 2014 there were differing views about
outstanding payments. These have been resolved through a compromise
settlement.

Kai Markus Kulas was instrumental in the successful startup and the steady
growth of net mobile AG and played a decisive leadership role. The
Supervisory Board of net mobile AG would like to thank him for his
outstanding work and commendable achievements as well as his valued loyalty
over the last 14 years.
