In the lawsuit of the Swedish subsidiary of Jubii Europe N.V. (ISIN
NL0000233195), Yarps Network Services AB, against the Swedish
telecommunication services company, TeliaSonera AB, the Stockholm District
Court has announced that the date of delivery of judgment is postponed to
March 7, 2016. However, this announcement of the Stockholm District Court
is not binding and could still be changed. Furthermore, after delivery of
the judgment in first instance, depending on the outcome, the parties
might be eligible to appeal the decision.
