Grammer to build its new site in Ursensollen in the Amberg-Sulzbach
district

Amberg, April 21, 2016 - Grammer AG is building its new Group headquarters
and research and development center in Ursensollen in the Amberg-Sulzbach
district. By integrating development activities as well as the Group
headquarters at a single location, Grammer will be creating the ideal
physical basis for enhancing collaboration, leveraging synergistic effects,
streamlining communications and heightening the efficiency of its
processes.

Following a careful selection process, Grammer AG has opted in favor of the
plans drawn up for Ursensollen. All the plans submitted focused on
achieving an appreciable improvement in the working environment and
conditions for employees. The new complex in Ursensollen will offer Grammer
and particularly its employees an optimum blend of a location close to the
center, superb infrastructure and flexible scope for further construction
and expansion. The decision in favor of this new location marks a clear
commitment to the company's roots in the Amberg region as well as Germany
as a whole and forms the basis for continued expansion of the Grammer
Group's global footprint and innovation leadership.
