Jena, 29 April 2016 - Intershop Communications AG Supervisory Board members
Dr. Herbert May and Dr. Kai Hudetz today informed the company that they
will resign from office at the end of the ordinary Annual General Meeting
on 2 June 2016. Dr. May has served on the Supervisory Board since October
2010 and held the position of Chairman since November 2010. Dr. Hudetz was
elected to the Supervisory Board by the Annual General Meeting in June 2013
and has served as Vice Chairman since last May. The Management Board thanks
the two Supervisory Board members for their valuable contribution to the
company and the long-standing constructive cooperation.
Two new Supervisory Board members are to be elected at the Annual General
Meeting on 2 June 2016. The respective item will be added to the agenda at
the request of a group of shareholders. The Intershop Management Board
appreciates the election proposals made by these shareholders for the
election of Mr Christian Oecking and Prof. Dr. Louis Velthuis. The
corresponding supplementary motion was received by the company today and
will be published in the Federal Gazette and at
http://www.intershop.de/investoren-hauptversammlung next week following
legal examination.
