Hörsching (pta027/20.05.2016/13:36) - Due to the resolution of the 16th Ordinary General Meeting of May 19, 2016, a dividend of EUR 0.30 will be paid for each no-par value common share, less capital gains tax as legally applicable, to the shareholders of our company for the financial year 2015.

Payment of dividend will be made starting as of May 27, 2016 by credit at the individual depositary bank.

The ex-dividend day is May 24, 2016. The dividend record date is May 25, 2016.
