Change to the Supervisory Board of Heliocentris Energy Solutions AG

- Oliver Borrmann stepping down from the Supervisory Board after the
Annual General Meeting

- Bernd Brunke proposed as new Supervisory Board member and Chairman of
the Board

Berlin, 27 May 2016 - Oliver Borrmann, the chairman of the Supervisory
Board of Heliocentris Energy Solutions AG (ISIN DE000A1MMHE3), listed in
the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, will leave the
Supervisory Board at his own request at the end of the Annual General
Meeting on 5 July 2016. Oliver Borrmann was first elected to the company's
Supervisory Board in May 2006 and was the chairman of the board.

Oliver Borrmann describes his decision as follows: "I appreciate the
confidence that our company's shareholders have placed in me throughout my
mandate. As CEO of bmp I enjoyed supervising Heliocentris. Since bmp is no
longer a shareholder it is now - after ten years - time to leave the
Supervisory Board."

As a successor the Supervisory Board will propose to the Annual General
Meeting on 5 July 2016 to elect Bernd Brunke to fill the vacant board seat.
Subject to the election of Mr Brunke, the Supervisory Board intends to
elect Bernd Brunke as chairman of the board. Bernd Brunke was partner and
member of the global executive committee of Roland Berger Strategy
Consultants until 2014 and senior vice president at Hypovereinsbank AG from
2014 to 2016.

Oliver Borrmann states: "I am delighted that we have found an excellent
successor in Bernd Brunke and I wholeheartedly wish him and the company
continued success and all the best."
