FinLab portfolio company increases it's company value to over EUR 100
million

Frankfurt/Main, 20 July 2016 - FinLab holding Deposit Solutions GmbH has
raised further EUR 15 million from international venture funds. FinLab AG
(WKN 121806/ISIN DE0001218063 / ticker symbol A7A) and Peter Thiel, PayPal
co-founder and first outside investor in Facebook, have increased their
stakes in the company. US investor Greycroft Partners, the e.ventures
global growth fund and Valar Ventures have come on board as three new
partners.

This most recent investment round increases the valuation of the Hamburg-
based fintech company to over EUR 100 million - almost four times the
valuation of FinLab's entry valuation in September last year.

FinLab board member Stefan Schütze comments: "With its strategic approach
and technology, Deposit Solutions has the potential to completely disrupt
the EUR 9 trillion European retail bank-deposit market. This is confirmed
not only by the company's outstanding operational performance, but also by
its huge increase in valuation in such a short time."
