Events after the end of the period under review

On 15 January 2017, CLERE acquired a 25% stake in a German project company, which is planning a solar park in Japan with a capacity of 30 MWp. The park is expected to be constructed and connected in 2018. The company will pre-finance this solar park with up to EUR 10 million.

On 22 February 2017, CLERE acquired the operating company for an operative solar park in Italy with a capacity of 1 MWp.

"In the fiscal year 2017, we will concentrate on the acquisition of additional operating companies in the field of renewable energy. In the long term, stable returns and corresponding dividends should be achieved," says Thomas Krupke, CEO of CLERE AG.
