Key financial figures for the business year 2016 Hamburg, 26 April 2017 - Aves One AG generated a consolidated operating profit (EBITDA) of EUR 15.4 million in the last business year 2016. The Container segment delivered the biggest contribution, EUR 14.2 million, to the 2016 profit (EBITDA). Due to the takeover of ERR, which occurred only in the fourth quarter of 2016, the Rail segment yielded EUR 5.5 million to the Group's EBITDA.

The profit before tax in the 2016 business year was EUR -6.4 million, and thus shows a positive trend compared to the pre-tax profit for the first half-year of 2016 (EUR -8.9 million). Amortisations amounting to EUR 8.5 million and interest costs of EUR 14.1 million are the key drivers for the pre-tax profit. The Executive Directors of Aves One AG still see great potential, especially in optimising the financing structure.
