Ternitz/Vienna, 27 April 2017. This year's Annual General Meeting of
Schoeller-Bleckmann Oilfield Equipment AG (SBO), listed on the ATX
index of the Vienna Stock Exchange, granted the Executive Board and
the Supervisory Board discharge for fiscal 2016.

Mag. Norbert Zimmermann, whose Supervisory Board mandate ended at
this year's Annual General Meeting, was re-elected as member of the
Supervisory Board for a period of five years.

The Annual General Meeting followed the proposal of the Executive
Board to carry forward in full to new account the earnings reported
in the annual financial statements.

For the current fiscal year, Deloitte Schwarz & Schmid
Wirtschaftsprüfungs GmbH was appointed as auditor of the annual
financial statements of the company, and Ernst & Young
Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft m.b.H. was appointed as auditor of
the consolidated financial statements.
