GreenPeak & HarbourVest Launch Fund for Top German Lab & TIC Companies

• GREENPEAK Partners has closed its inaugural Continuation Fund I with total commitments of approximately EUR 350 million.
• The fund was formed to invest in ACADEMIA and CERTANIA, two strongly performing lab and Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) groups.
• The fund is led by HarbourVest Partners and includes Kline Hill Partners as the Co-Lead Investor in ACADEMIA.
• ACADEMIA and CERTANIA have developed into leading diagnostic platforms for specialty laboratories and TIC services in Germany under GREENPEAK's ownership.
• The Continuation Fund I will provide additional capital to enable GREENPEAK to continue its successful growth strategies in both companies.
• The management teams of both firms will remain significantly invested and are committed to driving long-term success.
