Release of an Ad hoc announcement according to § 15 WpHG, transmitted by DGAP - a company of EquityStory AG.The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement.
The 100 % ARBOmedia AG subsidiary ARBOvision GmbH is establishing togetherwith Mr Heiko Zimmer the new company ARBOdirect GmbH and holds 51 %.
The new established ARBOdirect GmbH takes over the business activities ofZimmer GmbH which has sucessfully offered marketing services and directsales since 1993. Zimmer GmbH counts amongst their
reference clientscompanies as ARCOR, AOL, Bertelsmann, Citibank, Commerzbank and Talkline.
Therewith ARBOvision GmbH enlarges its value-added chain with new businessfields and generates under the direction of Mr. Heiko Zimmer own clientdatabases for the present ARBOvision activities. By enlarging thevalue-added chain for the first time valuable client relations to theend-users can be generated and kept within the group.
In return the joint company offers the previous owners of Zimmer GmbH thepossibility to set-up the successful company activity on an internationalscale over the existing network of ARBOvision GmbH and ARBOmedia AG.
