Eco Supplies Europe AB today announced the following new appointments in the
Company´s management:

* Mr. Svante Kumlin, appointed as the CEO of Eco Supplies Europe AB and the
entire Eco Supplies group.
* Mr. Andreas Hinzer, appointed as the COO of Eco Supplies Solar AB.
* Mr. Fredrik Stael von Holstein, the group´s CEO from 2007 to 2011, is
appointed Vice President at Eco Supplies Europe AB.

It is also proposed that the following changes in the Board of Directors shall
be resolved during the upcoming Annual General Meeting to be held in April 2011:

* Mr. Owe Linton and Mr. Tommy Fernandes to be appointed as the Company´s
Directors, with Mr. Owe Linton proposed as the new Chairman of the Board.
* Mr. Svante Kumlin and Mr. Povilas Levisauskas to continue as Board Members.
* Mr. Bo Wanghammar is proposed not to be re-elected as Board Member.

Mr. Svante Kumlin commented: "This is the biggest single addition to the
leadership of Eco Supplies in the Company´s history. We have been in the process
of carefully selecting the optimal mix of expertise and talent for the
significantly enlarged and re-focused Eco Supplies group. Essentially, all these
changes are due to the unprecedented growth and increasing importance of the
solar business division. We are confident that this new team will expand the

Mr. Andreas Hinzer, appointed COO of Eco Supplies Solar AB, formerly head of
global strategic purchasing for the entire SolarWorld group, VP SolarWorld
Industries America with a wide range of responsibilities, including Purchase,
IT, QM & Logistic departments.

Mr. Owe Linton, elected Chairman of the Board, has 40 years of business
expertise in a range of industries, with a career span including CEO positions
in energy and technology companies. Mr. Linton has extensive knowledge in solar
business through his previous directorships in renewable energy companies.

Mr. Tommy Fernandes, elected new Board Member, has extensive management
expertise in technology companies, including top-level positions at Renewable
Energy Corporation (REC) with specific focus on the solar business.
