ALDATA SHARES SUBSCRIBED FOR WITH 2008A-F STOCK OPTIONS

A total of 35,000 new shares of Aldata Solution Oyj have been subscribed for
with the Company´s 2008A-F stock options, 17,500 pcs with 2008B and 17,500 pcs
with 2008C stock options. The 2008A-F stock option plan is based on the decision
of Aldata´s Annual General Meeting of 21 February 2008.

Aldata´s total number of shares after the increase is 68,768,395 pcs which has
been entered to the trade register on 24 May 2011. The subscription price for
the shares subscribed, in total   EUR 14,700, has been entered into the reserve
for invested unrestricted equity.

The new shares carry all shareholder rights with effect from the day of
registration. The Company has requested NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd to list the new
shares for public trading together with the Aldata´s other shares. Trading of
the new shares will start on 25 May 2011.

The share subscription period for 2008A-F stock option plan began with Aldata´s
2008B stock options on 1 March 2010 and with Aldata´s 2008C stock options on 1
March 2011. The share subscription period for 2008A-F stock option plan ends on
28 February 2013.
