ROK Stars PLC Sign First Agreement for the Distribution of OVAL Vodka in
the US

London, 25th January 2012: ROK Stars PLC, the consumer brand incubator and
development company founded by US Billionaire John Paul DeJoria and UK
serial entrepreneur Jonathan Kendrick has today announced a Distribution
Agreement with online retailer, JP Selects, for the provision of OVAL Vodka
in the United States.

ROK Stars, listed on the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, was
co-founded by DeJoria and Kendrick with a mandate to identify and market
highly innovative ´game-changing´ consumer products.

Beginning with ROK Natural Energy, the 100% natural energy-giving drink
aimed at more sophisticated consumers than standard chemically-enhanced
energy drinks and packaged in recyclable aluminium bottle-shaped ´fusion´
cans, ROK Stars acquired Austrian vodka producer, OVAL in November 2011.

´Given the phenomenal multi-billion dollar success of Patron Tequila, which
is now by far the most successful and biggest premium tequila brand in the
world, as well as the hugely popular Paul Mitchell hair care product range,
we have established ROK Stars to develop new consumer products against
which the established players in each category would find it very difficult
to compete.´ Said Jonathan Kendrick.

´In addition to this very exciting agreement with JP Selects, we are
finalising negotiations right now for further distribution of OVAL Vodka in
Florida, Texas and California as well in several European and Asian
countries with established distributors - all of whom recognise that
amongst a multitude of premium vodka brands available, OVAL is wholly
unique in that during its patented distillation process we bond water
molecules to the alcohol molecules, naturally, thus reducing the
de-hydrating effect of consuming alcohol´ added Kendrick.

In addition to ROK Natural Energy and OVAL Vodka, ROK Stars is expecting to
announce details of its third consumer product, a unique and patented
packaging solution for premium bottled mineral water, ROK Water, which is
scheduled for launch in April 2012.

launch products have the potential to achieve what Patron has in the
tequila market and what Paul Mitchell has achieved in the hair care market;
