ROK, Piershore and Qello Collaborate to Deliver Music Video Applications

ROK Global PLC, the technology applications and services company, has today
announced it has teamed-up with Piershore and Qello in a unique
collaboration to create branded applications for BlackBerry devices
distributed via Orascom´s new Mobile Bananas app store and 14 of its mobile
networks in the Middle East and Africa and via BlackBerry App World(TM) to
over 127 countries and multiple operators therein.

Offering up to 8 music genres including Pop, Rock, Jazz, Hip Hop, Blues,
Metal, Classic Rock and Alternative, the ROK-built, Qello-branded app will
be available for download priced at $2.99 and includes a 6 month
subscription wherein consumers are able watch high quality video over
Wi-fi, 3G and mass-market 2.5G GPRS, for an ´anytime, anywhere´ experience
on over 40 compatible BlackBerry devices.

Piershore enables content owners to distribute their content through its
direct partnerships with mobile operators such as Orascom and other
operators in many other countries worldwide.

Qello is a digital syndication service providing music entertainment
content in association with leading media companies as well as artists and
creative entities. ROK´s experience in Mobile TV, particularly working with
America Movil to provide its ROK TV service across 11 countries, has
enabled it to develop video streaming applications compatible with more
than 370 mobile devices.
