* Marketing, assembly and service of PVA TePla heat-treatment systems for
the Indian market
* Production of selected modules for PVA TePla in India
* Marketing and joint development of vacuum furnaces for special brazing
and hardening processes

PVA TePla AG, based in Wettenberg (Germany) and Hind High Vacuum Co. (P)
Ltd, based in Peenya, Bangalore (India), both leading manufacturers of
systems for vacuum and heat treatment of high-tech materials, have entered
into a strategic cooperation agreement. As part of this collaboration, HHV
- a family-owned company founded in 1967 and India's leading vacuum
technology provider and vacuum furnace manufacturer - will market PVA TePla
systems in India and finish selected systems for the Indian market at its
site, will also provide related services.

PVA TePla has agreed with HHV on marketing existing system concepts for
special brazing and metallurgical processes globally and enhancing them for
applications in the aviation industry, among others.
