Shareholders' Meeting of mybet Holding elects three new Supervisory Board
members

Hamburg, June 5, 2014 - The Shareholders' Meeting of mybet Holding SE today
elected three new members to the Supervisory Board.

In addition to Markus A. Knoss and Patrick Möller, whose candidature was
proposed by the company, Austrian Clemens Jakopitsch, proposed by a
shareholder, was re-elected to the Supervisory Board.

This brings the Supervisory Board of the company back up to six members.
Last year, the long-standing Supervisory Board Chairman Antje Stoltenberg
as well as Clemens Jakopitsch had surrendered office. Frank Motte, whose
term of office ended with the close of today's Shareholders' Meeting, did
not seek re-election.

Markus A Knoss (44) works as a capital market expert in Corporate Trading
and Corporate Sales at BankM, Frankurt. Patrick Möller (36) is Director
Investor Relations of the Hamburg-based XING AG and is regarded as a
specialist for e-commerce business models. Clemens Jakopitsch (30) is owner
of the Behördenengineering Jakopitsch, Ludmannsdorf (Austria).

The topics covered by the report of the Management Board to the
Shareholders' Meeting were the development in the 2013 financial year and
the first quarter of 2014, and the restructuring and strategic
repositioning of the mybet Group under Management Board member Sven Ivo
Brinck, who has been in office since the start of the year.

The turnout at the Shareholders' Meeting was 44.6 percent (previous year:
33.3 percent).
