    LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwired - Jun 17, 2014) -  Anglo Pacific Group PLC (the "Company") (TSX: APY) (LSE: APF) announces that it received notification on June 16, 2014 that contingent rights called Unit Awards were granted to certain Directors and other persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") on June 16, 2014 as follows:

    The Unit Awards were granted under and subject to the terms of the Anglo Pacific Group PLC Value Creation Plan (the "Plan") as recently approved by the Company's shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on June 11, 2014.     No consideration was paid for the grant of the Unit Awards and no consideration will be due upon the grant of the option grants (if any) granted in respect of such Unit Awards nor on their maturity.
