The stock exchanges in Frankfurt and Berlin have approved the application
by Deutsche Steinzeug Cremer & Breuer AG (DSCB AG) for a revocation of the
admission of the shares in DSCB AG to trading on the regulated market
(General Standard) of the Frankfurt stock exchange, on XETRA and on the
regulated market of the Berlin stock exchange.

The revocation to the admission to trading will become effective on 30
September 2014 (Berlin) respectively on 28 October 2014 (Frankfurt and
XETRA).

From 29 October 2014, the shares in DSCB AG will thus no longer be traded
on a regulated market.
