In the second quarter of 2014, Wirecard continued its successful business
trend. Preliminary consolidated revenue grew by 23.8 percent from EUR 115.1
million in the prior-year-period to EUR 142.5 million in Q2 2014.
Consolidated revenue increased in the first half of 2014 by 24.3 percent to
EUR 268.7 million (6M/2013 EUR 216.1 million).

EBITDA increased in the second quarter of 2014 by 33.8 percent from EUR
29.9 million in the prior-year-period to EUR 40.0 million. In a half-year
comparison, EBITDA lifted by 33.5 percent from EUR 56.2 million to EUR 75.0
million.

For the second half of 2014, Wirecard AG's Management Board is very
optimistic and confirms his expectation to reach EBITDA of between EUR 160
and EUR 175 million in the 2014 fiscal year.

The results are preliminary. The final interim report for the half-year/
2nd quarter of 2014 will be published on August 13, 2014.
